We are happy to send you an instrument or two for trial. We believe that an informed decision can only be reached through the testing and playing of an instrument in the comfort of your environment. There are, however, certain requirements and procedures that have to be met before an instrument can be sent. Most dealers require a full deposit. We do not! Please enjoy your trial and tell your friends.

1. You must be a member of the National Flute Association or arrangements need to be made and verified through your flute instructor and/or parents.

2. A $25 charge will be instituted, per instrument, to cover shipping and insurance costs. This charge can be paid upon return of the instrument(s). Also, you will be responsible for the charges to ship the instrument(s) back. (Next-day service is recommended).

3. Instruments can only be shipped for trial within the continental US unless prepaid in full.

4. Depending on demand, instruments can be kept for trial from two to seven days. This will be spelled out in the trial agreement.

5. A trial agreement will accompany each instrument.

If requested, the instrument(s) will have to be paid for in full before they will be sent out for trial.
